“This is a riesling, I don’t think named for the excellent electronic artist focused ‘late night music’ compilations ‘Late Night Tales’, but could be. The David Holmes and Bonobo and Nils Frahm ones are good. Oh, and it also feels like a riesling with some oxidative qualities, in a great sense. A mere forty dozen made.
A lick of fino sherry in green apple juice, is the gist. Crackles with freshness, sleek and electric with its brisk, crunchy profile and slender tendrils of briny veins that seem to pulse through hazy fruit juice to a tongue-clicking finish. So fresh, so vibrant, so interesting and so delicious. A trim frame holds all this in, the mouth-watering elements so righteous and spot on. Wonderful drinking. Wonderful.”
